Determine / Assist in scheduling the rehearsal date, time, and location. | Assist in creating a PROCESSIONAL lineup. | Assist in creating a RECESSIONAL lineup. | NOTE MUSIC changes. | Ensure wedding party members are in their positions before the wedding processional begins | Review names of the bridesmaids, groomsmen, and other members of the wedding party to ensure DJ knows how to pronounce them.

WEDDING PARTY:

Check in with the wedding party to ensure they are on time and ready for photos and events. | Determine if there are readers | Identify special ceremony requirements such as easy access for sitting/standing or performing ceremonial duties.

TABLE LAYOUT & DECOR:

Determine the table numbers, number of guests per table, and which tables are for family and the wedding party. | Assist in creating a "Seating Chart" as/if needed. | Plan the locations of furniture, décor, etc. | Organize who is in charge of the décor setup and cleanup if needed. | Confirm place cards and guest book are in place for the reception.

STATION LOCATIONS

Determine the location of BUFFET / COFFEE / DESSERT / WELCOME / MEMORY TABLES, ETC.: and record in the layout.

VENDORS:

Create "Vendors" list | | Confirm WEDDING TIMELINE with all vendors. | Confirm arrival times and provide any necessary information. | Greet vendors and ensure they know where to set up. | Review dinner service menus, timeline, and ques with CATERER.

RENTALS:

Work with the wedding party and rental companies to identify event needs. Arrange deliveries, etc as needed.

GLUTEN FREE MENU

Most MENU ITEMS can be made GLUTEN-FREE upon request. All sauces, proteins, grains, and starches can be made gluten-free using appropriate substitutions. Some substitutions will affect the traditional flavors, textures, and original rendition of each dish. Special plates can be arranged to accommodate gluten-free dietary restrictions of individual guests. | GLUTEN is a protein found primarily in WHEAT, BARLEY, RYE, and TRITICALE (OATS are inherently gluten-free but are often contaminated with gluten during farming and processing)

GLUTEN FREE PASTAS

Wide ranging types of gluten free PASTAS now exist. We prefer PENNE as a gluten-free pasta as it tends to hold its form well. Choice of sauces: Reds House Tomato / Alfredo / Bolognese
